Nurse Practitioner
Whitney was born and raised in the Uintah Basin. she has experiance of 6 years working at Primary Children’s ICU. She enjoys meeting and caring for the wonderful people of the Uintah Basin and is absolutely thrilled to join the Pettit Pediatric team!
Holly Hacking
Nurse Practitioner
Holly Hacking has been a nurse for over 25 years and started her career at the Basin Clinic. After spending many years working with new moms and babies in OB at Ashley Regional, she has returned to a clinic setting at Pettit Pediatrics. Holly enjoys spending time with her family and helping others live their best life.

I have been working as a Pediatric Medical Assistant for 14 years. I’ve been married for 17 years and I’m a proud parent of four kids and truly love caring for children and supporting families. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on drives, exploring new places, and camping. Pediatrics has always been my passion, and I’m grateful to be part of a field that makes a difference every day.
McKendrie Murray
Licensed Medical Assistant
McKendrie Murray joined Pettit Pediatrics in 2019. She is a certified Medical Assistant and EMT with a strong commitment to patient care. A Vernal native, McKendrie values serving her local community.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog, Ruger. She embraces new experiences and approaches life with a sense of adventure.
Lillie Wallen
Certified Nurses Assistant
Lillie Wallen is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with over a year of hands-on experience in patient care. She is currently continuing her education to advance further in the medical field and is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.
Outside of her professional life, Lillie enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud mother and values creating meaningful memories through activities like fishing and hiking with her dog.
