Dr. Pettit is a Board-Certified pediatrician located in Vernal, Utah. He is married to Fayme and has 5 children. He loves being outdoors and being involved in the cultural arts. Fluent in Spanish, he gains satisfaction from helping others heal.

Nurse Practitioner
Heather was born and raised in the Uintah Basin. She is a mother to two beautiful daughters, Chancey and Whitney. She enjoys meeting and caring for the wonderful people of the Uintah Basin and is absolutely thrilled to join the Pettit Pediatric team!
Holly Hacking
Nurse Practitioner
Holly Hacking has been a nurse for over 25 years and started her career at the Basin Clinic. After spending many years working with new moms and babies in OB at Ashley Regional, she has returned to a clinic setting at Pettit Pediatrics. Holly enjoys spending time with her family and helping others live their best life.

Katie Kissel joined Pettit Pediatrics in 2019. She has been an LPN for 10 years and is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She lives in Vernal with her husband and two boys.
McKendrie Murray
Licensed Medical Assistant
McKendrie Murray joined Pettit Pediatrics in 2019. She is a certified Medical Assistant and EMT. She is a vernal native. She enjoys traveling & playing with her dog, Ruger.
Jada Wilkins
Certified Nurses Assistant
Jada Wilkins joined Pettit Pediatrics in 2021 after completing her high school internship with us her senior year. She is a CNA, working towards her Medical Assistant Certification. She resides in Vernal with her dog Lottie and loves shopping.
